高频探针式玻璃液位计的应用

摘    要:高频探针式玻璃液位计由高/低探针、高频信号源及相应信号处理电路组成,用以检测炉窑玻璃液面.应用中应注意:电路设计须防止高温气体电离和介质挥发引起的不规则噪声信号,采用高频信号以便隔离工烦干扰,选择适当比电阻以适应不同测试条件.为简化设计,液面计逻辑时间电路用LOGO逻辑继电器代替.

Abstract:The high frequency bougie on glass liquid level measure is made up of high probe, low probe, high frequency signal source and the accordingly signal dealing circuit. It is made use of measuring the glass liquid level in the stove. Attention in the course of using is that the circuit design must prevent from inducing of the irregular noise signal, which caused by the high temperature gas ionizing and the medium volatilizing. Adopt the high frequency signal to insulate the work frequency interference. Choose proper mass resistance to adjust the different test conditions. In order to simplify the design, use the LOGO logic relay to replace the logic time circuit.
