低压铸造铝合金轮毂Si偏析的研究

摘    要:通过试验对低压铸造铝合金轮毂Si偏析进行了研究。结果发现:随着模具温度降低,铸件Si偏析问题得到改善;通过控制合金中Si的质量分数,根据铸件结构进行冷却设置,采用电磁搅拌,并合理使用变质剂,可以有效控制铝合金轮毂的Si偏析。

Abstract:The Si segregation for low pressure die casting aluminum alloy wheel was studied by testing. The results show that the Si segregation for casting is improved with the mold temprature decreased. The control of Si content, the cooling settings on casting structure, using electrimagnetic stirring, and reasonable modification can improve Si segregation effectively.
