The Test and Calibration of the Background Clutter for Proximity Fuzes

In this paper,a testing means of the background clutter for proximity fuzes is proposed. The error analysis on the testing means and the research result about the calibrating methed are presented, and the data obtained by using this means are also applicable to other detecting systems. At last, ones come to the conclusion that the relatonship of the clutter power and altitude in the case of low altitude in which a fuze is flying is different from that in the case of high altitude.
