对中国钢铁企业在入世后面临的现状和发展取向的思考

摘    要:分析指出钢铁工业不是夕阳工业,中国钢铁工业未来仍有很大的发展空间,但竞争将加剧:人世后,中国各钢铁企业应加快结构调整,以进一步增强竞争力。要坚持提高质量、降低成本、提高生产效益、开发产品品种、节能降耗、组织清洁生产、提高企业现代化管理水平的企业生产宗旨。大型企业应全面跟踪世界生产工艺技术和装备的新动向,有重点地引进国外最新技术和设备,以创新的精神开发应用自己的新技术;中型企业应根据自身条件,作好组织结构和成品结构的调整,形成自身特色,充分利用适合于自身特色的技术,协调解决好成本、质量、劳动生产率和环境问题;小型企业,有条件的应向大中型企业靠拢重组,否则应逐步缩减生产规模,作好逐步转产或从钢铁业撤退的工作。

Abstract:Through analysis it is pointed out that iron and steel is not a sunset industry, in China it has still a vast space to develop in future although even with more competition. After China's joining WTO, iron and steel businesses in China should speed up the structure adjustment to further strengthen competition ability, persist in the principle of improving quality, reducing cost, increasing production profit, developing new varieties, saving energy, lowering consumption, organizing clean production and raising modernization management level. Large complex should follow in all aspects the new world trend in technology and equipment, import the newest foreign technique and equipment in some special fields, develop and apply self new technique. Medium-scale businesses should make well adjustment of organization and production structure according to themselves conditions to form own characteristics and fully use the techniques suited for themselves, resolve the problems in cost, quality, labor production ratio and environment pollution. Small businesses, if with enough condition, should try to join to large or medium ones and re-compose, or shrink their production scale step by step, turn to other fields and withdraw from iron and steel.
