摘    要:氧化型银锰矿中的银可用选冶联合工艺进行富集 ,在强磁场下通过两步磁选可实现银锰与其它矿物分离。磁选精矿在硫酸介质中用铁屑脱锰 ,锰的浸出率达 95 %。脱锰后的银渣用浮选法可将银进一步富集。在适宜的条件下 ,银的总回收率达 91.7%,浮选精矿含银高达 13 0 88g t。

THE CONCENTRATION OF SILVER FROM OXIDATIVE SILVER-MANGANESE ORE WITH UNITED TECHNOLOGIES OF BENEFICIATION AND METALLURGY

Abstract:The silver in the oxidative silver-manganese ore can be concentrated with united technologies of beneficiation and metallurgy, under the condition of strong magnetic field silver and manganese can be separated from other ores by two steps magnetic separation. The manganese in concentrate of magnetic separation was solved in H 2SO 4 solution as iron chippings and shavings was used, the recovery of 95% for Mn was obtained. The silver in the residue was concentrated by flotation,under the suitable conditions the total recovery of 91.7% for Ag was obtained,while silver in the concentrate of flotation was as high as 13088g/t.
