摘    要:从油泵磨损、油泵的进出口管存在空气和运行油泵背压的影响三个方面,分析了增压风机油站切换时建立不起油压的原因,并有针对性地采用了由运行泵向备用泵注油和在油泵出口管加装放空气管的方法解决了这个生产难题。根据不同的管路布置,实施了两套解决方案,并分析了各自操作的注意事项。

Abstract:This paper had analyzed reasons causing the failure of establishing oil pressure when the booster fan oil station switching from the three aspects of oil pump abrasion, the inlet & outlet pipes of oil pump existing air and operating oil pump backpressure. Then the targeted measures were used that applying operating pump injecting oil into standby pump and installing air venting pipe at the outlet pipe of oil pump to solve this manufacturing difficulty. According to different pipe arrangement, 2 sets of solving schemes were implemented and the handling precautions of them were analyzed.
