生物活性微晶玻璃的红外吸收光谱及电镜分析

摘    要:K_2O-MgO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2-B_2O_3-F-CaO-P_2O_5系统玻璃经过一定的热处理,制得了一种具有良好生物活性和可切削加工性能的微晶玻璃。借助红外吸收光谱(IR)分析技术,并辅之以SEM/EDAX及XRD等方法,研究了微晶玻璃的显微结构及其特征,对此种生物活性微晶玻璃的主晶相种类,形貌特征及尺寸进行了综合分析研究。此外,对TiO_2晶核剂在该系统玻璃中的诱导析晶作用作了初步探讨。

Abstract:With proper heat treatment,the glass ceramics in the system K_2O-MgO-Al_zO_3-B_2O_3-SiO_2-F-CaO-P_2O_5 are made to have good bioactivity and machinability. Thekind, size and morphology of the principal crystalline phases in two glass ceramics are syn-thetically identified and analysed by the methods of IR,SEM,EDAX,XRD , etc. In addition, the role of TiO_2 as a common nucleation agent is discussed in detail.
