纳米ITO粉体的制备及其性能表征

摘    要:介绍了以In(NO3)3 、SnCl4·5H2O 和尿素为原料、采用均相共沉淀法在一定的条件下制备纳米级ITO 粉体的实验过程, 并对产品的结构性能进行了表征。结果表明:所得的ITO 粉体平均粒径约为80 nm、分散性好、呈单一相。

Abstract:The experimental process is described of preparing nano ITO powder from In(NO3)3 、SnCl4·5H2O and urea by homogeneous co-precipitation under given conditions.The product' s structure and properties are characterized.The results have shown that the ITO powder obtained by the homogeneous co-precipitation process has a mean size of about 80 nm and good dispersityand occurs as monophase.
