| 摘 要： | 人口老龄化的急剧发展让中国传统文化中极具代表性的价值观——孝道再次受到空前的关注。面对我国人口老龄化因经济发展不足“未富先老”而造成诸多养老难题以及社会的矛盾，孝道因应时代发展，倡导消除年龄歧视，宣扬尊老敬老的良好社会风气，鼓励老年人自食其力，是解决现代老龄化社会问题的理论明灯。

| Abstract: | The rapid population ageing is drawing unprecedented attention to filial duty, one of the most representative values of traditional Chinese culture. Facing the problems caused by aging and social conflicts as a result of insufficient economic development, filial duty should evolve in response to the changing time. The author holds the view that we should advocate to eliminate the age discrimination, respect the elderly people and encourage the elderly people to earn their own living. Filial duty is a wise way to solve the problems of current ageing society from all aspects. |
