摘    要:随着移动通信网络的发展和普及,无线视频传输开始在监控行业中发展起来,但是由于移动网络的带宽低,误码率高等缺点,无线视频传输面临着很大的挑战,无线视频传输中涉及到的主要有这样几个问题,一是带宽问题,二是网络传输问题.本文对这些关键技术做了大量的研究,提出了用移动多路同传方法来解决带宽问题,并设计出一套基于移动网络的.面向VOD视频传输的集中控制系统--大型集中式网络视频监控系统.该系统由前端编码传输设备,集中管理式服务器和客户端组成.
