摘 要: | 对锡铁山氧化铅锌矿进行了细致的工艺矿物学研究 ,揭示了该氧化铅锌矿难以选矿处理的原因 ,进行了系统的选矿试验研究 ,确定了适宜的工艺流程和最佳的浮选条件 ,以及开路试验和闭路试验。闭路试验结果表明 ,采用捕收剂GS -1、抑制剂CaO +ZnSO4 、矿泥分散剂NaCO3浮选该氧化铅锌矿 ,获得的铅精矿产率为 5 .5 9%、品位为45 .2 6%、回收率为 72 .48% ,锌精矿产率为 13 .64 %、品位为 45 .71%、回收率为 74.78% ,具有良好的开发利用价值

Abstract: | This paper discussed the oxide lead-zinc ore of Xitieshan and found reasons why it was difficult to deal with the oxide lead-zinc ore by means of ore dressing. The technological flowsheets, the flotation condition, the open-circuit experiment and the closed-circuit experiment were determined based on systematic study on the ore -dressing. The result of the closed-circuit experiment showed that using GS-1 as the collector, CaO+ZnSO 4 as the depressant and NaCO 3 as the dispersant, the result can be showed as following: the production percent of Pb concentrate 5.59%, the grade of Pb concentrate 45.26%, the recovery rate of Pb concentrate 72.48% , the production percent of Zn concentrate 13.64%, the grade of Zn concentrate 45.71%, and the recovery rate of Zn concentrate 74.78%. It has some developing value. |
