| 摘 要： | 我国的产权地块划分存在划分随意性大,地块划分大小不等、形状参差不齐等问题,降低了土地利用的有效性和经济性,给规划管理造成不便,应遵循"统一、等大、整齐、宁小勿大"的基本原则,保持城市主要形态肌理的稳定性和持续性,提高城市用地的使用效率.

| Abstract: | Land property division in China has arbitrary and uneven characters which reduced the effectiveness and economy of land use and caused inconvenience for planning management. Rules of"integration, evenness, order, and small rather than big"shall be followed to maintain the stability and context of city texture to improve land use efficiency. |
