元认知策略支撑自主语言学习研究

摘    要:现代教育以培养学生掌握一定的学习策略进行有效的自主学习为目标。语言教学的成功很大程度上在于学生课后自主学习的开展。元认知策略负责学习活动的计划安排、组织监控,调节及评价,是为成功学习一门外语而采取的管理步骤。在大学英语教学中对学生进行元认知策略的培养有助于学生掌握学习的方法,树立学习信心,从而积极主动地开展自主语言学习。

Abstract:Modern education aims at cultivating learners' autonomy among students through the training of learning strategies. Successful teaching and learning of a foreign language depends mainly on students' self-access learning after class. Metacognitive strategy means a general management of procedures for successful learning of a foreign language such as planning, monitoring and evaluating.Metacognitive strategy training in college English teaching can help to cultivate students' self-access learning .
