阻燃聚醚型单组分聚氨酯防水涂料的研制

摘    要:制备了接枝型阻燃聚醚多元醇,以此为原料制得了阻燃聚醚型单组分聚氨酯防水涂料。讨论了阻燃聚醚多元醇、游离—NCO含量对聚氨酯防水涂料力学性能的影响,研究了阻燃聚醚多元醇含量对聚氨酯防水涂料燃烧性能的影响。结果表明,阻燃聚醚多元醇可以提高聚氨酯防水涂料的拉伸强度和撕裂强度,但会降低其断裂伸长率;预聚体中—NCO含量控制在3.5%~4.0%时,制得的聚氨酯防水涂料力学性能最好;阻燃聚醚多元醇含量在25%以上时,制得的聚氨酯防水涂料具有良好的阻燃效果。

Abstract:Flame-proof polyether type single component polyurethane waterproofing coating is prepared by using graft type flame-proof polyether polyol. The influences of flame-proof polyether polyol and content of free-NCO on mechanical properties of polyurethane waterproofing coating, and the influence of content of flame-proof polyether polyol on its combustion property are discussed. The results showed that flame-proof polyether polyol can increase the tensile and tearing strength of the coating but decrease its extension at break; the mechanical properties of the coating are the best when the content of free-NCO in prepolymer is 3.5%~4.0%; and the coating has good flame-proof effect when the content of flameproof polyether polyol is above 25%.
