杂化材料在超高层建筑硅酮结构密封胶中的应用研究

摘    要:配制了兼具有机物和无机物性能优势的聚二甲基硅氧烷/Si O2杂化材料,并用其制备了具有优异拉伸粘结强度和阻燃性的适用于超高层建筑的硅酮结构密封胶。研究了杂化材料添加量、纳米碳酸钙品种、偶联剂用量对该超高层建筑硅酮结构密封胶性能的影响。

Abstract:Polydimethylsiloxane/Si O2 hybrid materials with the performance advantages of both organic and inorganic was prepared, and it was used in preparing silicone structural sealant with excellent tensile bond strength and flame-proof, which is suitable used for ultra high-rise building. The effects of factors such as content of hybrid material, variety of nanometer calcium carbonate, dosage of coupling agent on this silicone structural sealant were investigated.
