| 摘 要： | 介绍了国内外管线钢的发展趋势和超高强度管线钢早期的开发情况,以及早期建设的2个X100/X120管道试验段——西部回路和戈丁湖环路管道的力学性能和焊接工艺情况。重点阐述了包括X100大应变管线钢和X100螺旋焊管在内的超高强度管线钢及钢管研发的新进展,并以斯提兹维尔试验段为例,对X100管线钢管的化学成分、力学性能和管道环焊缝的各项性能进行了分析,分析认为:目前X100钢管的开发已从单纯试制几根钢管发展到5 km以上的试验段,且环焊缝焊接工艺也已基本解决,超高强度管线钢管的开发可能在X100级别取得重大突破性进展。最后,对我国超高强度管线钢的开发提出了建议。
