| 摘 要： | 【通过对南宁市水利普查经济社会净用水量、毛用水量和各行业用水量成果的分析，结合南宁市经济社会的现状，总结出南宁市用水量的特点，并根据南宁市用水特点和存在的问题，提出了限制区县用水总量、提高用水效率、农业节水等措施，从而实现南宁市的用水总量控制和节水目标。

| Abstract: | Based on analysis of the results of the census for underground water development and utilization in Guangxi, one of the components of the first China census for water, the author compared the census data with the Guangxi water resources communique of 2010 and 2011 as well as the water statistics annual of 2010, and made a conclusion that the census results are relatively reasonable. In view of the current status, the author also looks to the future of underround water develorment and utilization in Guangxi. |
