摘    要:以八碳与十八碳的脂肪酸皂混合物和SE为促进剂,采用以水代替有毒有机溶剂的乳化法合成蔗糖酯,研究分析了精制过程,并对产品进行了分析比较。

Abstract:Using fatty acid soaps having 8 and 18 carbon atoms and SE as accelerants, sucrose esters were synthesized by emulsion method. Water was used as solvent instead of toxicant organic solvent. The processes of purification of sucrose esters and the related prepared samples were also studied in this paper.
