| Abstract: | Using fatty acid soaps having 8 and 18 carbon atoms and SE as accelerants, sucrose esters were synthesized by emulsion method. Water was used as solvent instead of toxicant organic solvent. The processes of purification of sucrose esters and the related prepared samples were also studied in this paper. |
