On a surface wave amplifier for negative resistance devices |

| Abstract: | A traveling-wave negative resistance amplifier is proposed using a corrugated surface wave structure. A simple gain equation is derived based on a two-dimensional model. The proposed amplifier is simple to construct and is capable of high-power operation. |
