| 摘 要： | 由于产品直接进化理论中不能有效分析未来产品技术状态,故将预期失效分析应用于直接进化理论,提出了应用预期失效分析消除产品技术状态潜在失效的方法。通过直接进化理论选择产品进化路线、预期失效分析预测失效及消除失效三个步骤,得到未来产品技术状态期望的解。分析了在制冷系统进化过程中应用预期失效分析进行失效预测分析的一个实例。
