摘    要:以宝钢梅山公司的SPCC典型钢种为例,通过对不同铝含量板卷织构、金相组织、晶粒取向、硬化指数、平面塑性应变比、冷成型性能试验的分析,从微观结构的角度探讨铝对工艺性能的影响.试验证明:当铝含量在0.012%时,屈服现象已经消除,可达到冲压板性能的要求;当铝含量在0.015%时,具有良好的力学性能、冲压性能、成型性能和织构.实际生产中,可根据产品的使用要求,把铝含量控制在合理的范围内,有利于生产组织和产品综合性能的提高.

Abstract:On the basis of typical SPCC steel produced by Meishan Co.,Baosteel Group,through analyzing the plate's texture,metallurgical structure,grain orientation,hardening index,plane plastic strain ratio and cold forming performance with different aluminum contents,influence of aluminum on plate's processing properties has been discussed from the angle of the product's microstructure.Experimental results show that material's yielding phenomenon will be eliminated and it can meet requirements for performance as draw steel plate when its aluminum content is about(0.012%).When the aluminum content reaches 0.015%,the material has nice mechanical,drawing,and forming properties and texture.In actual production process,according to the product's service requirements,aluminum content can be kept in a reasonable scope,which will benefit the production and improvement of products' comprehensive performance.
