摘    要:原FZD2-30型车船用风扇,因体积大,耗有色金属材料多,工时多,成本高,致使生产厂家经济亏损,产量下降。运用价值工程分析改进了产品结构,将原来绕线式电机改成永磁式电动机,就大大节省了有色金属材料。每台成本降低21.68元(成本降低率为38.8%),节电1/3(即每台10W),同时还提高了功效和可靠性,获得了较好的经济效益。

Abstract:The former FZD2-30 ship-used DC Fan results in the economical loss and product reduction of the manufacturer,because of its big volume,high cost, much consumption of time and coloured metal materials. The product structure is improved on the base of the value engineering analysis,changing the former enwind-motor into the permanent magnet motor, in this way the material are greatly reduced. The cost of each motor reduces by 21. 68 Yuan (the rate of cost reduction is 38. 8%),and power is saved by 1/3(10W each). What's more,the efficiency and credibility are raised. As a result,the economic effect has been well improved.
