微波加热松散在片烟制丝工艺中的应用

为解决片烟生产过程中存在的难松散、造碎量大、物料流量波动大以及虫害隐患等问题,试验将SP9型微波加热松散机应用于片烟制丝工艺中。结果表明,经微波处理后的片烟松散效果好,松散回潮后无结块、无湿团;叶片结构与切片松散回潮相比,大中片率升高,碎片率下降,烟丝结构有明显改善;片烟流量稳定;杀虫灭菌效果可靠;对较低等级片烟的感官质量有改善作用。

Strips Loosening by Microwave Heating in Primary Processing

Aiming at solving the problems in primary processing, including poor strips loosening, high breakage, potential pest damage, and etc, a microwave heating and loosening device SP9 was incorporated in primary processing line. The results showed that: 1) the strips were well loosened and no pads or over wet balls was found after loosening and conditioning; 2) the large and middle size particle content was higher, the fine content was lower and the size distribution of cut rag was improved significantly while compared with direct cylinder conditioning system; 3) the pest control rate of microwave treatment was up to 100%; 4) the smoking quality of lower grade strips was improved to a certain extent.
