铝基含油轴承材料

摘    要:介绍了铝基含油轴承的特点和性能。研究了铜粉的氧含量、硅和石墨的的加入量对铝基含油轴承材料的机械性能和摩擦磨损性能的影响。同时还介绍了铝基含油轴承在静电纺纱机上进行五千小时寿命试验的结果。提出铝基含油轴承在高速轻载的工作条件下代替铜基含油轴承的可能性。


SELF-LUBRICANT ALUMINUM-BASED MATERIALS

Abstract:The characteristics and properties of self-lubricant aluminum-based materials were described. The influence of the oxide contents of copper powder and the addition of silicon and graphite on mechanical properties, anti-friction and wear resistance performance were investigated. The testing results of self-lubricant aluminum-based bearings after they were used for 5000 hours in electrostatic spinning machines are presented. The possibilities for self-lubricant aluminum-based bearings used partly to substitute the self-lubricant bronze-based bearings operated under high speed and light load working conditions are analyzed.
