| 摘 要： | 目的：研究全自动血细胞分析仪测量血小板结果偏低的原因并与显微镜计数结果相对比。方法：使用Sysmex XE-2100全自动血细胞分析仪进行血小板计数，用显微镜对计数结果偏低的标本进行手工计数，将两种结果进行对比。结果：除病理性血小板降低外，其余均为血小板计数假性低值。结论：当仪器计数血小板结果偏低时，应采用显微镜法进行复查并综合其他参数分析计数值偏低的原因。

| Abstract: | Objective: Count platelets by microscope and automatic hematological analysis.Find why the result that counted by automatic hematological analysis is lower than counted by microscope.Methods: Count platelets by automatic hematological analysis Sysmex xe-2100 and microscope at the same time.Results: The result counted by automatic hematological analysis is not really low except platelets reduced pathologically.Conclusion: When we find the result that counted by automatic hematological analysis is low,the abnormal blood sample must be recounted by microscope. |
