摘    要:介绍了鞍钢2580 m3高炉改造性大修,大修中保留了原有4座外燃式热风炉,耐火材料全部更新,使用直径30 mm的新型19孔格子砖,板式换热器对煤气、空气双预热到180℃。生产实践表明,热风风温达到1 200℃,取得良好效果。

Abstract:During overhaul of the 2580 m3 BF in Angang by revamping, four old external combustion type hot blast stoves are kept and all refractory materials for these hot stoves are re-newed and therefore gas and air can be preheated to 180 ℃ by using the new-type and 19-hole grid brick with diameter 30 mm and plate heat exchanger. The production practice shows that the hot blast temperature from hot stoves can reach to 1 200℃and good results are achieved.
