摘    要:通过对转炉冶炼终点碳、磷、铁选择性氧化平衡点的计算,得出超低碳钢冶炼终点碳含量的最佳控制范围是0.040%~0.060%,基于此范围开发了转炉冶炼的静态模型及动态模型,从而形成超低碳钢冶炼终点的控制技术,实践表明,采用该技术可大幅度提高冶炼终点钢水温度和磷成分的命中率,降低补吹率及罐内氧含量。

End Point Control Technology for Ultra-low Carbon Molten Steel by Converter

Abstract:By calculating the optional oxidation equilibrium point of the C, P, Fe at the end point of steelmaking by converter, the best range of C content in ultra-low carbon molten steel is between 0.040% and 0.060%. Based on the range of the C content, the static model and dynamic model for steelmaking by converter are developed and thus the control technology for ultra-low carbon molten steel is achieved. The steelmaking practice shows that the hit rates of the temperature and phosphorus content can be improved greatly and the reblowing rate and the oxygen content in ladle are reduced.
