鞍钢冷连轧机组飞剪控制系统分析

摘    要:介绍了西门子飞剪控制系统在鞍钢冷连轧机组带钢生产线中的应用情况,以鞍钢1450连轧机组西门子飞剪控制系统为例,对飞剪系统运行一个周期的加速启动、匀速运动和减速停车的全过程,以及剪刃间隙的调整原理等进行了详细分析,以增加对西门子飞剪控制系统的了解,有利于提高飞剪剪切精度。

Analysis on Control System for Flying Shear Used by Cold Continuous Rolling Mill in Angang

Abstract:The operations of the control sys tem for a flying shear developed by SIMENS in strip steel production line of the cold continuous rolling mill of Angang are introduced. Taking the SIMENS control system for the flying shear used by Angang 1450 continuous rolling mill as an ex-ample, the whole process of one operating cycle of the control system including accelerating start-up, constant moving and decelerating shut-down is analyzed in details, and the principle for ad-justing blade clearance is also analyzed in order to know the SIMENS control system for the flying shear well and the improve the accuracy of the flying shear.
