| 摘 要： | 鞍钢3200 m3高炉因炉缸事故停炉大修,更换了炉底、炉缸砖衬及冷却壁。在开炉过程中,通过制定详细的烘炉和开炉方案,确定合理的开炉工艺参数、及时调整高炉操作等措施,实现了顺利开炉。

| Abstract: | The overhaul for the 3200 m3 BF that shut down in Angang due to the hearth trouble has been done. During the overhaul the furnace bottom, brick linings in hearth and the cooling stave are replaced. The stable starting-up of the BF is achieved based on taking such measures as formulating the detailed schedule for heating-up and starting-up, determining suitable process parameters for starting-up and adjusting real-time operations of the BF. |
