| 摘 要： | 当前,我国高等职业教育在人才培养中存在重视理论教学,忽视实践教学环节的问题。高职院校在应用型人才培养方面如何定位,采用何种模式进行应用型人才培养,应从指导原则、教师教育教学、课程体系建设、实践课程体系以及学生综合素质等几个方面进行探讨。
