摘    要:随着高压技术的发展,逆变器的容量要求越来越高,由于电力电子器件的限制,传统的两电平逆变器的容量已经很难达到大功率的要求.因此各国的科技工作者不断地提出了各种性能优越的新型多电平逆变器拓朴结构.介绍了四电平中点箝位逆变器的拓扑结构、特点以及工作原理,并对电压移位调制PWM技术中的IPD、POD和APOD3种排列方式及原理进行了详细说明.通过仿真和实验研究,给出了3种排列方式下电流iA、相电压VAN和线电压VAB的仿真波形和频谱图.
