| 摘 要： | 本文在分析国内齿轮造型软件优缺点的基础上,提出了齿轮设计系统与造型系统集成的思想,推导了齿轮渐开线矢径渐变方程,运用变截面造型技术建立了齿轮三维模型库,并利用Pro/E的二次开发工具Pro/Program研制了齿轮全参数化造型系统。

| Abstract: | The paper assaying the advantages and shortcomings of the gear modeling software in and abroad and integrated the gear computer aided design system with its modeling system, and deduced the radius gradual equation of the involute column gear, the 3D template warehouse of the gear was established by using the principle of variable section modeling. Successfully researched the whole parametric modeling system by taking advantage of the second developed tool-Pro/Program of Pro/ENGINEER2000i2. |
