摘    要:铸机投产初期,弯曲段辊系经常发生辊子不转、辊面磨损、轴承损坏现象,为确保板坯质量只能频繁更换弯曲段,致使弯曲段备件出现周转困难严重影响板坯铸机的正常生产。专业技术人员从设备结构、辊子装配、轴承类型、润滑等方面调研分析、查找影响设备寿命的各项因素,最终使弯曲段设备的技术状况得到了根本改善,将弯曲段一次过钢量由设计的15万t提高到35万t以上。

Abstract:In the early period of casting machine production,some issues take place frequently:bending rolls do not run frequently,corrosion of the rolls' surface,bearing damage and so on.To ensure the quality of slab,the benders have to be replaced frequently,resulting in abnormal production of slab casting machine.After investigating and analyzing from device structure,roller assembly,bearing type and lubrication,all factors influencing the lifetime of equipments have been found out so that the technique of bender equipment has been improved fundamentally.Then the one-off steel output has been improved from 15 million tons previously designed to 35 million tons.
