轿车中地板制造误差的扫描检测

摘    要:基于三维扫描和曲面重建,提出用有限元分析仿真冲压件装夹状态的方法,可较好去除冲压件特别是薄板件在非装夹状态下的翘曲,以某轿车中地板为例,模拟出地板装夹后的状态并检测出地板件制造误差。实验结果证明消除了中地板的翘曲误差,完成了对其制造误差的评定.

Abstract:This article is based on three-dimensional scanning and surface reconstruction,it introduced a method which can simulate the fixed state of the Stampings by finite element analysis.The wraping of the products,especially the sheet products,can be properly eliminated.The fixed state of the products can be simulated and the manufacturing error can be detected.The results show the warping errors of the floor have been successfully eliminated,and its assessment of manufacturing errors has been also completed.
