摘    要:广州分公司处于珠三角核心地区,是我国酸雨危害最严重地区之一。其重油催化裂化装置加工的重质原料油未经过加氢预处理,排放烟气中SO2质量浓度在2 500~3 800 mg/m3,颗粒物质量浓度200~300 mg/m3,烟气SO2和颗粒物含量均超过国家大气排放标准。为此,广州分公司采用湿法烟气净化技术新建一套RFCC烟气脱硫除尘装置。运行结果显示,该装置运行可靠、具有良好的操作弹性,净化烟气中的SO2和粉尘脱除率分别达到了99.9%和94.7%。洗涤废水处理系统实现高效连续液固分离,外排废水中的各项指标满足相关标准要求。

Abstract:SINOPEC Guangzhou Company is located in the central area of Peal River Delta which is one of areas seriously affected by acidic rain in China.As the residue oil feed of its heavy oil FCC unit had not been hydrotreated,the SO2 and particulates in flue gas emission,which were 2 500-3 800 mg/m3 and 200-300 mg/m3 respectively,exceeded the specifications of China national emission standards.To solve this problem,the company constructed a grass-root RFCC flue gas scrubbing unit with wet flue gas scrubbing process.The operation shows that the unit is reliable in operation and good in operation flexibility.The removal rate of SO2 and particulates of flue gas are 99.9% and 94.7%.As a high-efficiency continuous liquid/solid separation is achieved in scrubber waste water treatment system,the discharged waste water meets all specifications of applicable standards.
