摘    要:苏北原油中的铁、钙化合物较多,它们以有机化合物方式存在,在通常的脱盐工艺中不易去除,这些有机金属会在后序的催化剂工艺中分解、沉积从而造成催化剂中毒或失活.对此类原油用一种含有螯合剂、萃取剂和增溶剂的复合脱盐剂进行处理,在一次原油电脱盐工艺中工业应用,可以脱除原油中大量的铁、钙和镁等金属杂质,脱铁率在80%左右,从而减少...

Abstract:Subei crude contains a higher amount of iron and calcium compounds as organic metals,which are difficult to be removed by electro-static desalting.These organic metals will decompose and deposit in the downstream catalytic processes and poison and deactivate the catalysts.When this crude is processed in the primary electro-static desalter with composite desalting agent containing chelator,extraction agent and solubility promoter,most of the metal impurities like iron,calcium,magnesium,etc can be removed from crude,and iron removal rate is about 80%.As the result,the metals in vacuum residue is lowered,which has solved the catalyst poisoning problem in downstream processing.
