| 摘 要： | 分析了面向服务架构SOA和业务流程执行语言BPEL的特点及其应对业务流程快速变化时的优势,提出了基于SOA架构的BPEL业务流程设计方法,以公共卫生管理系统对业务流程敏捷化的需求为例,阐述了儿童保健管理模块中出生医学报告业务的业务流程设计方法,提高了系统业务流程的重组性和适应性,使建立的系统平台具有高度的松耦合性、服务的重用性以及高度的敏捷性.
