| Abstract: | The corn sample with zearalenone positive was set by HPLC.The sample was prepared as several different samples with different poison content.The accuracy,repetitiveness,stability,minimum detection limit and error range of the colloidal gold immunochromatography was evaluated by test,contrasted with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.The result was that the minimun detection limit was 60μg/kg in colloidal gold immunochromatography,which was similar to enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.The colloidal gold immunochromatography had the advantages of easy and quick to operate,with high sensitivity,specificity and stability,and easy to determine.It is suitable for quick test on spot. |
