摘    要:莱钢型钢3号板坯连铸机在断面调整后,三角区、中心线裂纹出现较多,从工艺条件及设备参数等方面入手,重点对中间包过热度、结晶器足辊喷嘴参数、零段喷嘴参数和扇形段喷嘴参数四方面进行分析,并制定相应的调整措施,优化冷却参数,经过生产的不断摸索、检验,铸坯三角区、中心线裂纹得到了有效控制。

Abstract:After adjusting No.3 slab caster of Laiwu section steel,more cracks in the triangle zone and centerline appeared.Based on process conditions and equipment parameters,superheat of the molten steel in the tundish,parameters of nozzles from foot roller,the vertical-section and segment were analyzed. Approprite measurements were taken to optimize the cooling parameters. Through the continuous practice of production,the cracks in the triangle zone and the center line have been effectively controlled.
