板坯连铸结晶器水口优化试验研究

摘    要:对断面为210 mm×1 300 mm板坯连铸结晶器进行了水力学模拟试验,研究了SEN的结构对结晶器内钢液流动状态的影响及变化规律。试验结果表明:在断面为210 mm×1 300 mm下, SEN结构及参数选用凹型底、水口剖面为圆形、S侧/S中为1.9、出口倾角为15°,插入深度为120~180 mm能有效改善结晶器内的流场。

Abstract:Water model experiment for liquid steel flow in 210 mm×1300 mm slab continuous casting mould was employed. The influence of SEN structure on the steel flow in the mould was studied. The experimental results show that the new style SEN with concave bottom,round section,nozzle area ratio 1.9,dip angle 15° and the insert depth 72-108 mm could effectively improve flow field in the mould.
