催化精馏塔通用数学模型及其求解方法

摘    要:建立了醋酸甲酯水解反应精馏实验流程,并探讨了反应精馏的工艺特点和可行性。建立了催化精馏塔通用数学模型,并给出了求解方法。该模型对于化学反应和精馏分离同时进行及交替进行两种形式的催化精馏塔均能适用,且可用于催化精馏塔的动态分析。

Abstract:A catalytic distillation process for the hydrolysis of methyl acetate was established,and its characteristics and applicability were discussed.A general mathematical model for catalytic distillation columns was proposed and the solution method was given.This model is applicable to the two types of catalytic distillation columns where reaction and distillation proceed simultaneously or alternatively.This model can also be used for the dynamic analysis of catalytic distillation columns.
