凹凸棒石黏土超细粉制备与表面改性及其应用研究

摘    要:以凹凸棒石黏土为原料,采用喷雾干燥法制得超细凹土粉体的最佳工艺条件是:浆料流量为0.6ml/min,进风量18m^3/min,气流压力0.18MPa.浆料质量分数1.4%。用三种改性剂对超细凹土进行改性、并将改性后产品填充于橡胶中.通过改性预评价及填充橡胶的力学性能检测,得到硅烷KH-570的改性效果为最好,改性超细凹土可用作橡胶补强制。

Abstract:Using attapulgite as raw material, best processing conditions of untraf ine attapulgite powder preparing by spray drying were suggested as follows: slurry ? ow rate is 0.6 ml/min,air input is 18m3/min, slurry density is 1.4%. Three kinds of modifi cation agents were tested .The physical properties of modifi ed attapulgite were measured with several different methods .The result showed that the best modifying agent was silane coupling agent KH-570. The modifi ed superfi ne attapulgite can be the rubber reinforcing fi ller.
