我国扁钢丝绳的生产与使用

煤矿平衡钢丝绳主要使用1 470 MPa或1 370 MPa抗拉强度级别的光面、镀锌18×7等结构多层股钢丝绳和扁钢丝绳,扁钢丝绳占有较大份额。扁钢丝绳生产企业增加,产量增大。鞍钢钢绳有限责任公司、宁夏恒力钢丝绳股份有限公司是扁钢丝绳生产的两大主要公司,2001年总产量857 t,2007年达到3 942 t。煤矿常用扁钢丝绳结构P8×4×7,P8×4×9,P8×4×19。平衡钢丝绳使用的主要问题是:(1)坠罐造成平衡钢丝绳被砸断;(2)平衡钢丝绳超期限使用;(3)平衡钢丝绳兼作制动钢丝绳使用;(4)平衡尾绳断裂。需要探讨的问题是完善标准和改进设备。

Production and use of flat wire ropes in China

The without coating and zinc coated muhilayer strands such as 18 ×7 structure wire ropes and fiat wire ropes with 1 470 MPa and 1 370 MPa tensile strength are used as coal mine balance wire ropes, while fiat wire rope has bigger share. The enterprises and the output of flat wire rope increase. The Ansteel Wire Rope Co. , Ltd. and the Ningxia Hengli Wire Rope Co. , Ltd. are two big main production enterprises of fiat wire ropes, the total output is 857 tons in 2001, 3 942 tons in 2007. Common structures of fiat wire ropes in coal mine are P8 ×4 ×7,P8 ×4 ×9,P8 ×4 × 19. Main problems in balance wire rope use are ： （ 1 ） coal box dropping leading to balance wire rope pounded breaking ; （2） balance wire rope overdue used; （3） used as brake wire rope; （4） fracture. The problems needing to discuss are to perfect standards and to improve equipment.
