脂肪族高效减水剂的合成及其分散性能研究

摘    要:以丙酮、甲醛与亚硫酸盐为主要原料,合成脂肪族高效减水剂(SAF),研究原料的配比和反应条件对产物分散性能的影响,以及SAF对与水泥的适应性,同时比较不同减水剂的减水效果。在相同的掺量下,脂肪族减水剂具有比萘系更高的减水效果,而略低于氨基磺酸盐系减水剂,与NAF2持平;掺加脂肪族高效减水剂对混凝土早期强度的增长非常有利,混凝土后期强度也有一定程度的增长。

Abstract:The aliphatic superplasticizer(SAF)has been synthesized taking acetone formaldehyde and sulfite as main raw material.The effect of raw materials proportioning and reaction conditions on dispersivity of the product as well as adaptability of SAF to cement has been studied.Meanwhile comparisons have been made with different water reducers.The aliphatic water reducer has better water reducing effect than that of naphthaline system and slightly lower than that of sulphamate system and equal to NAF2 with same amount.Adding aliphatic superplasticizer is of great advantage to increase early strength of concrete and a certain increase to later strength of concrete as well.
