摘 要: | 为系统管理黄河流域水资源调配决策支持系统的数据,开发了基于Oracle 10g的数据库。按照各个模块的模型库对数据属性的不同需求将数据库进行分类化开发。按照决策支持系统对数据库的要求将总体结构分层。针对开发过程中面临的问题,开发了联动管理与接口技术、基于角色的多用户模式,引入了包括视图与数据备份的安全机制。应用表明,本数据库读写效率高,安全性好,方便管理,满足了不同类型的用户对数据库的访问与操作要求,为黄河流域水资源监控能力建设的数字化提供了技术支撑。

Database Development of Decision Support System for Water Resources Scheduling and Allocation of the Yellow River Basin |

Abstract: | In order to manage the data of decision support system for water resources scheduling and allocation of the Yellow River Basin systematically, database based Oracle 10g was developed, which was classified to comply with the different data demands of model base of every module. The general structure was also layered. To solve the questions faced in the process of development, the key techniques of data interface and linkage management, multi-user mode based role were developed and security mechanisms including view and data backup were introduced. The application shows that this database has high efficiency of reading and writing and excellent safety, which can be managed conveniently as well as meet the requirement of database access and management of different users and provide powerful technique support for digital building of the Yellow River Basin water resources monitoring capacity. |
