非对称型材压弯过程截面畸变的数值模拟

摘    要:以槽型材为例,应用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件的显式动力学有限元方法,对非对称型材收边压弯过程中截面畸变问题进行了数值模拟.主要分析了翼缘部分横向偏移随不同纵向和径向位置的分布规律.结果表明:不同节点的横向偏移与该节点至中性层的距离近似呈正比,翼缘末端的偏移量最大;径向位置不同,半波长度基本一致.

Abstract:Based on the example of the U-section profile,the section distortion in the retract-bending process was simulated by the aid of the explicit dynamic FEM software ANSYS/LS-DYNA. The change law of the lateral offset of the flange in different longitudinal and radial positions was mainly analyzed.
