| 摘 要： | 江泽民同志关于"三个代表"重要思想是新时期党建工作的总纲,为适应国内外形势及全国高教改革形势对高校发展及人才培养的要求,重点阐述了加强高校党建工作的重要性.论述了把"三个代表"要求落实到加快高校改革与发展、贯彻党的教育方针培养合格接班人、加强领导班子、干部队伍建设及师德建设、加强高校思想政治工作的创新实践等四个方面是加强高校党建工作的重中之重.
