油茶皂甙的提取及抑菌活性研究

摘    要:用溶剂法提取油茶饼中的油茶皂甙,经重结晶法制备的标准品标定有效成分含量为81.8%.以制备的油茶皂甙为材料对枯草杆菌、大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌进行抑菌实验.结果表明:油茶皂甙对这3种细菌均有抑制作用,且对枯草杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌抑制作用较强,0.10 g/mL质量浓度油茶皂甙对3种细菌均具有致死作用;不同质量浓度油茶皂甙均能产生抑菌圈,抑菌圈直径大小与油茶皂甙浓度呈正相关.

Abstract:Tea saponin was extracted from oil-tea camellia seed cake with ethanol,and its antibacterial activities were studied.The results indicated that the tea saponin had restraining effects on Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis,and its effects on Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis were strong.The tea saponin with concentration of 0.10 g/mL had lethal effect on the three kinds of bacteria.The antibacterial circle diameter and the concentration of tea saponin were positively correlated.
