大采高综采工作面支架回撤技术

摘    要:为了实现大采高综采工作面液压支架的安全、快速回撤,对补连塔煤矿22303综采工作面7m液压支架回撤工艺进行了分析,对辅巷多通道回撤工艺中的主回撤通道支护方式、掩护支架的布置、支架调向方法、大型绞车与滑轮应用等方面进行了改进.实践证明,该技术应用效果良好.

Abstract:To realize withdrawal supports safely and quickly on working face with large mining height,the withdrawal technics of 7 metre supports was analysed on 22303 working face of Bulianta Coal Mine.The withdrawal technics using auxiliary withdrawal roadway and multi-crosscut was improved in supporting pattern of main withdrawal roadway,the layout of shield supports,the way of supports adjustment,the application of large tonnage winch and pulley.Practice shows that,the effect of this technology is well.
