建筑工程质量多层次模糊综合评价方法的原理与应用

摘    要:针对目前建筑工程质量综合评价系统,应用多层次模糊评价理论,建立建筑工程施工质量综合评价的数学模型。依据《建筑工程施工质量验收统一标准》并结合生产实践经验确立了模糊评价的指标体系和评价等级,并开发了建筑工程质量综合分析评价程序。该程序对评价过程中的权重计算、隶属度计算、综合评价分析等全过程进行支持。

Abstract:Based on the multi-level fuzzy evaluation method,the mathematic model for integrated evaluation about the construction quality of building engineerings is constituted here.According to 《Acceptance Standard for Construction Quality of Building Engineerings》 and some experiences,the index system and evaluation grades are established,as well as the evaluation procedure for comprehensive analysis,which supports the weighting calculation,scale calculation and comprehensive analysis in the whole evaluation.
